NDIS Customers

If you are an NDIS participant, you may be able to purchase SnugWell products using your NDIS funding, depending on your individual plan, goals, and circumstances.

How it works:

1. Choose your SnugWell product and complete your order online.

2. Download your order confirmation or request a tax invoice from our team.

3. Submit your invoice to your plan manager or follow your usual claiming process.

Please check with your plan manager or support coordinator before purchasing to confirm whether a product is suitable for your NDIS plan. Funding approval and eligibility decisions are managed through the NDIS and are not determined by SnugWell.

Please note: SnugWell is not currently a registered NDIS provider. However, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants may choose to purchase products from unregistered providers where permitted under their plan.
